Sometimes a single touch is all it takes to spark a wildfire.
Erin Warner learned that the day she bumped into the dashing, tattooed stranger on a busy Chicago street corner. What she didn’t bargain for was the way he makes her blood bubble and churn with lust and thinly-veiled promises of unfathomable erotic pleasure with every click of his camera.
But there is more to Hunter than meets the eye, including the intricately etched tattoos decorating his body that disguise horrific scars from a past he refuses to revisit.
Now she can only hope that blind adoration for the dashing stranger didn’t sign her death warrant. The first in a thrilling new erotic serial intended for mature audiences.

3 stars!

Surprisingly this one was pretty decent! The blurb is kind of not giving away the main plot of the book which was nice.

Erin’s introduction to Hunter and her working for him happened pretty fast into the book. It’s a really short novella, part of a series, so understandably while reading this and especially at the end, I had no idea what the hell was happening. And I liked. For some reason, the book hooked me in and it was a fast read full of little surprises I won’t spoil but it definitely wasn’t boring or forgettable.

Hunter is an erotic photographer and we’re introduced to his world when Erin accepts a job offer. Everything happened quickly but the story developed into something good from that point.

As a professional Hunter was pretty spot on and of course hot. But the book didn’t go deep into it, it was more like a teaser for more to come and I’m definitely waiting for more!
